Diwali 2025 event volunteer - Sign Up Form

This is a form to capture the names and contact information of those interested in volunteering for the Diwali 2025 celebration on Oct 21, 1-3 p.m. at UC Office of the President. If you have questions about this form, contact Laurel Skurko at Laurel.Skurko@UCOP.edu. 

Volunteers are welcome to meet on Friday afternoons via Zoom (optional) and/or to volunteer to work at the registration desk, food desk, activity stand and/or to help set up and clean up TBD.

If you have any specific things you would like to do to help out, please indicate them here. Otherwise, we'll include you in the list of volunteers.

Before the event, we will host planning meetings weekly on Friday afternoons, and can send you an Outlook Calendar invitation for this.

Also, on Tuesday, Oct 21, the event will run from 1-3 p.m., with volunteer activities from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We will send you a separate sign-up form for event-day shortly.
If you would like to share any special Diwali memories with the community, you can also write it here. We can share them in the UCTechNews@UCOP.edu and/or with the community during our Diwali celebration on November 19 if there is time.
